I think you got other issues. I'm on Comcast's top tier in Colorado. Holding pretty steady between 100-200Kbs @ 40% now and still watching youtube.

i had this problem on the last patch too. as soon as the patch downloader starts, all other internet traffic is damn near killed. it's not because the speed is using all of my available download speed at all.
it's something about this downloader using all my ports or something.

my normal download speed for other things is up to 2.5MB a second and it doesn't slow the rest of my browsing at all.

but this ffxiv download program almost shuts down all other internet traffic for me.

welp ill be downloaded sometime between 30minsand14hours hope its more towards the 30mins lol

torso on the golems looks blah i hope they look better in action......

Now it sped up! 15mins to go

If you are running win 7 you can check out the network section in your resource monitor. Look under TCP connections and it will tell you which ports are being used by what.

meh torrent isnt working for me,there is something wrong witht the tracker : ( .

Same here, on top tier in Colorado. Playing MW2 and using my browser without any issues and going 100-300kbs. @85% :D
