Update: With literally no changes to anything I have or did, I am now able to log in to my characters.

Looks like the LEVEL 3 jump from Comcast up north is having issues. Comcast doesn't seem to be the issue because I can make it through their backend pretty easily.
It is when I switch over to Level3 is when I get time outs and massive delay.

I am also now able to log in, lol. Maybe it's fixed? Hopefully. XD
It's happening again.
And it's error 2002 again. Good thing I was just crafting and not in a dungeon.
I am getting the disconnects in Alabama with Comcast. I am on Aether/Siren.
I have had no problems getting back in as long as I exit the game and restart it.
UPDATE: Now I can't get in at all.
Please SE take note of this issue :(
I'm on Hyperion in Tennessee and having the same issue. Will get d/c with 90002 and then can't get back on again. Keep getting the same 90002 error after getting the Now Loading screen.
