SE: Why do you hate Culinarian so much?

Here I was hoping I could continue role playing Pinkie Pie and leveling Culinarian in 1.19.

Oh well, another 3 months until Pinkie Pie is complete.

Seriously tho in the history of online gaming has there ever been a class ignored and for the most part made obsolete anywhere on the scale of Cul in FFXIV? I know people complained about dragoon back in the day in FFXI but to me thats not even remotely close. If you leveled cul to 50 pre 1.19 or 1.20(whenever the changes are coming) you took part in a historical event.

Spiritmaster in Aion came close, but it's been addressed. After like a year and a half.

I'm expecting great changes in patch 1.36!

Yeah, to be honest CUL might as well not be in the game at this point, over the year since launch it has been so neglected the class could have been taken out and then put back in at 1.19 or 1.20 and no one would have really cared much.

How to turn fish into sand:

Grab a frying pan

set heat to 400 degrees

put fish in frying pan and let it sit there till it catches fire and disintegrates into ash

congratulations you have sand

????

profit!

How to make orange Juice:

Get the frying pan again

Get 4 oranges and put them in the frying pan (skinned, un-skinned, heck i dunno you tell me)

wait 20 minutes till they liquify

congratulations you made orange juice!! (That defies all logic)

????

PROFIT!!

I lol'd. I really dislike turning fish to sand recipes. >.< Partially because it makes no sense, and partially because it's a waste of perfectly good fish!

It's not perfectly good when nobody wants to eat it.

Another thread revolving around lack of information which is easy to find and a lack of patience for said changes to be released. Basically alchemy and culinary are getting huge work overs for 1.20... nothing really else needs to be said xD
