Solo'd Cape Westwind on SCH in early i170 with some difficulty. Got easier at i180 when I streamed it. Working on Pharos Sirius. Siren is a tough cookie to once she's under 50% and the debuffs becomes overwhelming because you have to keep healing, cleansing while running from stupid adds that bind and disable you. I will probably stream it again tomorrow while going for the solo clear.
I done all normal dungeons as AST even CM & PM.
- bray hm ( you HAVE TO eat mega bomb & some bomb scatter AoEs + hit and run on last boss ) ur dps too low as ur goal is to conserve mana for the long run.
About 24 mins due to me wiping 3 times on last boss.
Ifrit HM.
- one long ass kite fest
( swiftcast combust 2, combust, aero in CS ) run in a circle while spamming malefic 2 with LS. YOU NEED TO EAT HELLFIRE as ur dps is too low and u will be eating flamethrower so shield and heal ( hits for 9k-10k dmg )

- just takes a while for last boss cuz yea lol..
Pharos sirius
- another kite fest..
1st boss kill with dots and kill adds or kite and heal every explosion/ dmg from captain.
2nd boss dot and kill, zu\\'s do little dmg.
Siren = kite fest ugh , noct aspected benedic spam to nullify deathly verse etc. there will be like 6 seargents at the end as she will have hit " enrage " thus sending out maximum adds to come and kill u.

Pretty normal, can skip flambeaus and dot boss / gravity adds
-boss 2 -
Easy just bomb and 1 shot sprites in Cs with malefic 2.
- boss 3-
Kinda have to kite a bit and feed worm as u will kinda start going oom if u just eat the quicksand. Adds die in 2 hits or so. Just watch for grand slam barrages.

Pretty simple just dot boss parts then gravity or malefic 2 adds.
-boss 2-
;-; kinda tough but just gotta prep some mana for her sabotender tackle that does 2k dmg. 2 malefics2 should break her counting & will kill big adds in 3-5 hits.
-boss 3-***
You cannot beat it as he will mummify u at 40% with the tether and kill u with his attacks. U can celestial the 1st tether and stun him thus allowing u to run away and break tether. He does decent damage crunches tht do 2-2.5k dmg.
I got wrecked on the first boss in Aurum vale on my BLM.

Lost city of amdapor is impossible too unless ur smn i guess as the 1st boss will insta kill u after spitting u out. Tried to shield etc against it but it hits u for max hp so ur dead regardless.
Highest I've soloed is Westwind as WHM. Duo on Ifrit HM and that was too easy.
I tried Garuda HM solo attempt on PLD at 54. That didn't go so well. As in, I got smoked lol. I'm going to try to solo all of the HM primals though, or at least try. Odin/Ultima/Nabrieles I don't know if I'll try......probably for the giggles.

Haven't actually went back in to fight the last boss of Tam-Tara because Spare Body took me so long. Trying to keep Paiyo alive was insanely annoying. Haukke wasn't so bad but Halicarnassus was a bit of a pain.
I'd like to do Haukke HM solo but it will be super hard as a monk. lol XD But does look like fun.
Did Pharos and Hullbreaker no sweat on SCH. Only like i156 too. Might try the others now that I've got better gear
