They should make the reward for low lv roulette unlimited.
20 dungeons that are all the same level. 20 dungeons that were all used for now out dated content. 20 dungeons, 10 of which were remakes of even older dungeons. 20 dungeons that still reward poetics tomes, drop glamour items, crafting items, gil, and 2.0 relic parts (WP). 20 dungeons for one level range, 50-51. 20 dungeons, which are actually just 17 dungeons. Unless you mean raids too? And what about the trials? Why focus just on the 17 dungeons that are out dated, old, 2.0 content? If WP is going to give enough EXP to help level, then T13 should give all the EXP needed to go from 50-60 when you compare the difficulty. The fact is, this stuff is old, even ancient in some cases. It should have been retired entirely IMO, but SE still wants the end game to help those that have just reached 50 progress, so they made this old content still relevant by putting pretty tomes on the roulette for them. If you want your levels handed to you, go play WoW where you can buy your progress all the way to 10 levels below max. It really is just annoying to see the same whiney people here day in and day out with nothing but complaints. Everyone ignores the relatively flawless launch of 3.0, or the interesting mechanics of F1's use of mini, or the new quarantine tactic in F4. Nope, just whine whine whine, gimme this, gimme that, I demand this, I demand that, nag nag nag. The simple answer, if you would be so kind Meryl Streep...

Bringing up this topic again. Seeing as leveling my second character is such a chore. >_< I really wish we could do the fun level 50 zones.
Would have been nice if the bosses had more than one phase.
I recently complained about this. I'm new the FF14 and hadn't run any of these dungeons. I wanted to unlock the roulette because it was content I hadn't seen and I wasn't keen on running the same two dungeons over and over again for a small gain.
Now I have ran the fifteen high level roulette dungeons and actually enjoyed it. I assumed to begin with that the hard mode versions of these dungeons were like heroics from wow. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that they were a 'here what happened while you were gone" and some have great lore and fun bosses.
However. I still don't like how I was bottle necked into running all of these to unlock a feature that will typically reward less law. It is actually giving players less incentive play old content and even some of the older players in my FC haven't unlocked their HL roulette.
Games are pointless besides providing entertainment.
Cards!
Adding some new cards to the older dungeons would serve to make them more attractive. A Kraken card from Hullbreaker Isle, perhaps?
