Speaking as someone who doesn't observe DLS, I could not care less whether you say "ST" or "DT" cause i'm not an idiot and I still know the game will be up at 11pm barring any maintenance extensions. It doesn't make "all the difference" at all.

Frankly if you ask me Daylight saving/summer time is outdated.

Personally I think it would have been easier to show the Japanese time on the client as well, since I have my windows time set to that anyway. :P

There's a maintenence notice up. It specifically says the start and stop times of maintenance, just as these notices have always done. I'd have a gander at it.
