Early access code is "invalid"

I was reading the Amazon comments and the CSR there said they received confirmation from SE that Amazon will get codes starting at 2PM (Unknown time zone) on the 19th. Whut? Can someone from SE confirm that?

Okay, I feel a little silly now!
Not sure if this will help anyone but this is what I was doing wrong :

On the mog station there is a smaller button where it says specifically to activate a pre-order code, and I was using the big pink one! ^^;;;
Downloading it now ^^

If you feel silly, I feel double... not, TRIPLE silly. I was using that button, and then read something about the date and assumed it was only for ARR, and then went back to fighting with the other one.

Saw your comment, decided to try again, and lo-and-behold! I am downloading! Thank you!

Same. My code is invalid. I've logged in and out a couple of times. No dice. I have nothing to do w/ Steam. This is lovely.

Edit: Never mind, found it. GEEZ! THanks!! Where is the smaller button? I don't see it anywhere. Is it on the same page as the pink "Enter Registration Code for the Expansion" or a different page?

Same page. One of the smaller gray ones below the pink and blue ones.

This times 1,000,000. I was sitting here with my friend while she was waiting for the chat support for this very same issue. Turns out we used THIS method of adding her code and voila, it worked. Someone sticky this thing?!

I preordered the physical collector's from the SE website, and only thing I can find is that I can't redeem my EA code because my account is set up with Steam, Is that what makes it invalid? Do I really have to go and buy another copy of Heavensward just to get into EA? Really confused I looked everywhere and it's really frustrating, is there anything on this out there? :/
