Agreed with XIII system shouldn't be with 7 but u also have to figure how to do the materia system as well if they go action with as many spells as they can have on one character could get tricky with action based

Im pretty sure they will not deviate from the turn based combat but instead evolve it to something more fast pace for todays audience. However if anyone here has played Crisis Core for the PSP (ff7 prequel) then you will know that a action based game in the ff7 universe is still something pretty fun. Either way i thin SE knows the gold mine the are sitting on and will treat it accordingly... lets just hope it don't take them 10 years to figure out how to do that lol.

I don't care because I know it's gonna be butchered, and I've already played the original to death.

Alright and i wasn't trying to attack YOU personally, i just completely disagree with XIII...yeah i wouldn't mind if they used the old system but with a few tweaks here and there :).

One thing i reeaaallly hope they keep is the materia system, please for the love of god SE KEEP THE MATERIA SYSTEM!. It was a pinnacle point of character progression in that game.
