If he's running a "fair" casino, that's not scamming. Not that I approve of it, but if SE isn't willing to stop people who run casinos, then it's fine by them.

BACK to the issue at hand - I do believe that suspensions 'officially' start at reset, so a 24hr suspension given one hour before reset will actually be a 25hr suspension.

Do you understand my explanation? You need to count from the next reset after your suspension began.

I must ask, what is ment by casino? taking bets on what?
