Yoshi had said in a interview or Live letter before, that the ground mounts would be getting a speed buff in the 2.0 areas. I'm not sure if in 3.0 areas that speed buff will persist, I bet it will. It had something to do with how much easier it is to get around in the flying areas, and how it seemed unfair to have the old areas not get some kind of buff. I know I saw that stated, but I can't recall what the speed buff was gonna be, something like 2.0x-2.5x faster or something.

Also did they say if the two seater mounts will be flying as well?

So you are mad because you bought a cash shop item and then want it to fly just because the primal ponies get flight at some point in time during HW? Seriously? I mean, I know we are all kinda bored and all but this just seems petty.

I personally hope that flying is a) a permanent, irreversible change, and b) limited to 3.x areas (going into the eventual 4.0). This may ensure that any mount not thusly altered all willy-nilly will still have use going forward.

Agreed, a toggle completely defeats the point of what they're trying to do with the difference in speeds, which is keep land mounts viable.

I hope the Unicorn will be able to fly! I dont like any of the other mounts!
If yes, "Pegasus-Mount" ARE NOT another dumb grindfest like tank mounts, or a to-get-only-on-extreme-primal grap. <.<

On the bright side, ADS master mount race will fly.

Thisssssssssss. It's probably one of the harder mounts to get in the game, minus Fenrir. Especially if you're in the losing GC on your data center. @__@

Geez, nothing about OP sounds angry or petty. He's asking and basically giving extra options if it can't fly.

I frankly can't afford to spend $24 on a mount, but like others have said previous, it is considered a primal mount (it even play's Odin's Theme). So, you can expect it to fly.

Firstly, it's "paid". Secondly, Sleipnir doesn't need anything done to it, which I say as someone who has the mount. Not everything in this game needs every feature of everything in that category.

Honestly, I think it would just be weird to see Odin flying around. Even weirder if they decided to attach wings.
