Yeah, I had the same thoughts when I was writing to you. I think PMs would be ok on here as we have blacklist options to prevent harrassment but alas. Anyways, thanks for the link! I'll definitely check it out!

They've done the event THREE times, folks. It was not a "one-off" event.
1) To coincide with the Japanese release of Lightning Returns
2) To coincide with the NA release of Lightning Returns
3) For the anniversary

Given the anniversary was a HUGE eventstravaganza that also brought back the FFXI and DQX crossovers in addition to the summer events and a little cryptic preview of things to come, it's conceivable to believe that they'll do the same this year.
Which is, honestly, how it should be. Everyone will have an event to look forward to, and it'll be a new "holiday" event. Plus they'd be able to update it with new equipment as new jobs come out (the 2013-2014 version doesn't have NIN, AST, MCH, or DRK weapons, for example)

Though I still wish they'd do a Type-0 crossover. Those uniforms look snazzy.
