It is good that they actually have this emergency patch. I have play other MMOs that they don't fix the bugs right away to let the players play and continue with the schedule maintenance. Days lafter it is not just a couple of players from some servers complaining about the bugs but a long list of players from almost all servers begin to now say something. Sometimes glitches/bugs won't have to all in that moment or after, and they don't appear even appear during the test but only after they are launched in-game.
