£130 =/= $130

Never got collectors for the past game. Upgraded through the mogstation. But yh £130 for an expansion isnt the bestest of ideas SE have had.

Were very limited on the information. Yes where getting a figure, but is there any information who makes it? is it a play arts like the rest of Squares figures? or a 3rd party? How big is it the box and the figure doesn't give me a lot of detail.

Paying £130 means at least 4 versions of Heavenward normal editions. Yes I want the goodies like the artbook but £130 + my standing subscription isnt worth the price :mad:

The current pricing model that Square Enix has adopted is absolutely appalling.

Not just for Heavensward, but other recent games such as type-0 and KH2.5 remaster.

I can guarantee, with the price that was on the UK store this morning, a huge fraction of the people who had committed to buying the physical CE edition will now not buy it at all.

I've submitted a ticket to the support desk that has been escalated to the tier 3 support team and I am expecting a response today.

This is just a theory at best but I wouldn't be surprised if they are correcting the costing error; like others I was up at 6:45 to get my copy but whenever I tried it failed to even enter the basket, it seems that no one was able to commit to the original cost to my knowledge. Hopefully they are reviewing the cost and getting the site ready for us :)

Same, I've yet to sleep and was planning to stay awake until I've confirmed my order at 7am. It's almost 10am now, with no ETA on when pre-orders will be available. If I sleep now, I fear I'll wake up to find them all sold out.
