Physical CE not available in EU?

Well, it's the 16th March and nobody has Heavensward available in the UK yet...

What annoyed me is finding out you have to pay in full at order time for pre-orders according to the information I've just read. I really don't like that idea as if, for some reason, a problem with release occurs it's going to require time to claim money back. I'm definitely hoping Amazon UK stock the CE. They don't charge until delivery for pre-orders.

Still not charging when items are shipped, but at least it's now only 10 work days before.

Hopefully they'll ship it to Portugal. SE Europe has the bad habit of only shipping to a select few countries.

They need to sort out their website then as they still state payment at time of purchase! Doesn't fill me with hope.

Just checked the Japanese store and the PC CE is sold out. Not available from other online Japanese sites I tried either.
