It is my belief that there is a special ring in Hell for people who use /wait in their ability macros.

happens to me too sometimes. I set a few CDs to venomous shot and i can mash it all day and venomous shot itself won't activate until i stop and wait.

Maybe some skills share the same CD?

i have a macro that activate with click 1 Mantra, click 2 Internal Release and click 3 Second Wind, without /wait. And the order don't change.
