Also, it's not only useful for saving your own skin- up close, then yeah you pretty much have to use Swiftcast for it to work,but if you're peeling players off ANOTHER party member like your healer- Tri-disaster's ranged AOE bind is perfect for that and you can often step back and get away with simply hardcasting it if swiftcast is down or you want to save it for later. I can't say I've seen it done a lot on my behalf when on SCH and having 3 melee's on me... but I think it's one of the biggest favors a Summoner can do their team's Healers in battle.

Do Classes gain the DD/DR/MDR bonuses too? or just the Jobs? I tend to run my Marauder a lot

Classes have minimal bonuses (Archer has none). The bonuses were mainly for balancing and somewhat nerfing classes. Ill list them too for clarity, reread main post, editting it
