Hmm.. I was thinking about boots or something but along similar lines to this, race specific mount to Highlander Hyurs:

Why race specific? A. some mounts could be done for the little guys that don't make sense for the rest of us, still want to see them ride a snurble lol. B. They took our race specific emote and gave it to everyone else without returning anything (so if you compared all the races, Highlanders are down an emote).

FFX Evrae

A small balloon and a bit of string.
Use the same animation for blowing the horn, but to blow up the balloon with your lighter than air breath.
