They still need to be ranked Second Lieutenant in Grand Companies to even purchase a house; which how many level 50 Black Mage RMT do you see in a Grand Company? It's not worth it to them. 90% of the RMT you see in game aren't in a FC much less own one. And as I stated before; RMT won't waste millions of gil on housing when their purpose is to sell gil, not spend it.Quote:

If something like this went through, the RMT services that have tons and tons and TONS of gil ready to sell at any given point in time will buy ALL the housing. Since there is now a convenient way to transfer housing, they instead sell those houses for double, triple, quadruple, or however much they set it as, markup on how much they normally sell gil for. On Behemoth I see Ads all the time for gil going for something like a buck per million. A large house sells for 52m gil. RMT buys the house for 52m, sells it for real cash for $100 or more, and doubles or triples what they would have made off the gil. And people would have to buy them because supply/demand and the fact that SE won't make unlimited housing plots so that everyone can enjoy this feature. -

I'm currently trying to sell my Medium house on Balmung on my Main and it's extremely difficult to sell to people because they don't want to have to pay 15-20 mil for me to relinquish it then pay another 24-32 mil just to buy the plot; thus I am having to sell it for below 10 mil via party finder which is about three times less than what I originally payed for it.

Why don't you look at it from a sellers point of view; from someone who has been advertising a week and a half to sell a plot with very little interest because of the sellers price and then the amount one has to pay to buy the actual plot after they pay the seller? -

I don't garden because it's another system that I don't need to play the game, get achievements for, or anything that adds value to what I do in game. And #2: They're expensive and I don't feel like working to raise that kind of cash when I've already decided I don't need to.
