RMT bots and Farmer Bots

I'm not a fan of open world pvp, but if there was ever a reason.....boy oh boy would I have fun for a day with that :p

Heh how so ? I did not name shame them, and when I was getting rid of them, there were no problem with ToS as far as I know. A human player would have reacted at least by raising and coming back instead of staying dead in place for more than a week. Can't really say messing with a bot's programm is harassing another player, right ?

Anyway, I stopped that long ago, if I am to take a warning for it, then so be it, I have no regret about keeping the materia market safe from RMTs for a few days

If GM's don't care about banning them why would they care about people letting bots die? They are just ignoring the bot issue as a whole, so grief them all you want.

I would love that this was true... but I readily believe GMs would giveth the proverbial smack-downeth on anyone found MPKing another player, even if it's a bot. :/

They don't even act unless there's a report involved, and bots (or bot owners) wont send reports for sure.

Actually, this could happen two ways... :/
1. Some innocent sees what you did thar and reports your ass.
2. We go full-on tin-foil hat and say that SE is behind-the-scenes condoning botting for the $$$ and subscriber numbers (marketers and shareholders find these numbers yummy); so, if the bots DO report this and SE does that whole "oh it's a real player!! /disingenuous", then you'd have the GM po-lice swinging the ban hammer in your direction.

As a boxer, a lot of people mistake me as bot and after a polite warning i report every time if they try again to MPK.
Better be 100% sure it's a bot before doing MPK.
