if they publish the twitch stream and videos shown at the london fanfest there was a small blurb in there where yoshi and the cast were talking on the panel about upcoming jobs such as dark knight being the new tank and they said something about upcoming healer class then they changed over to a clip showing a battle and in the middle of the battle they did a close up and the lalafell was standing in the middle of the group dancing then they cut the clip and changed topics!!! look forward to it!! dancer healer coming 3.0!! watch the london fanfest twitch stream if they post them anywhere!!

The AF would be something like Brazilliany.... look it up yourself.. its a bit risque combined with capoeira it would be a blur of colors and jingles.

Dancer would be another DPS role, more people would be complaining about queue times if they bring it out so close to rogue :p.
I will be happy with whatever they bring out, DRK will definitely be my number one tank Job though. -

Hmm....dancer as a healer, with their main system being a progressive step system that would allow it to heal the group. I guess the closest comparison would be PGL stances (Opo-opo, Coeurl, Raptor), but you have an ability that consumes the stance you're in and has a specific effect depending on the stance you're in.
As an example, DNC could rotate between three steps (Quick Step => Box Step => Feather Step), and have an ability called Flourish that consumes the step you're currently in. Using Flourish while in Box Step would result in maybe an AoE HoT, while using Flourish while in Quick Step results in an AoE heal. I'll see if I can try to develop the idea a little more sometime.
To my knowledge, capeira was developed by the natives as a way of training themselves in combat while fooling the portugese soldiers into thinking they were just doing native dances. The concept is very tempting if only because it would be something I haven't really seen in an SE game. Hell, even Capcom made their own capoeira character.Quote:

I think in today's age with the popularity of hip hop dancing being so high in all countries a capoeira dancing job class would be really fun for realm reborn my personal opinion. For anyone who doesn't know what capoeira is it is a Brazilian martial art which basically incorporates fighting while dancing at the same time.
