Is PSN under matinence?

I can't sign into PSN or start the game either. Really embarassing for Sony. They now charge you to play online but... ermmm... you can't...

Should be a lesson for SE too - don't release major updates on the same day as planned PS4 updates.

PS4 system update downloaded, can't connect to PSN.

*sigh* Wish we weren't forced to go through PSN to reach the FFXIV servers.

Oh well, looks like I'm playing on my laptop tonight. ;_;

I'm signed into PSN now but it still won't let me connect to the game. If I go to the PSN store it says it's under maintenance.

to be fair, from what I can gather from the lack of any announcements for planned maintenance and the fact that people were reporting problems with the 2.0 update for PS4 I think it was more of an emergency maintenance.

I'm signed in on PSN but the game keeps giving me the error: NP-36147-1

I can play Destiny though.... Weird.

If I manage to get on and download the patch and then it logs me out? Can ps3 resume patch?

Back up for me as well.

I'm having issues with the PS4 version as well. Around 8 am, It glitched and kicked me out of FFXIV. But after RE-installing 2.0 (twice), I was able to log back on. Played for a few hours and logged off.

Now i'm unable to log in again. I'm getting the message: "An error has occurred. (NP-36147-1). No word from Sony. This is just great. And to think, I just payed for another 3 months of ps+.. This is getting ridiculous.
