Cash Shop Overpriced?

For the mount personally I think it's priced quite resonably.

The mount is priced reasonably, it'd be different if it was a 30-day timed mount. If it was far cheaper, then everyone would have it, what's the uniqueness in that.

I give it less than a year before we see a "CASH SHOP SUPER DISCOUNT WEEKEND -- Everything 75% off this weekend". Let the people who have to have it right now pay the full price, but I'm sure SE will have a discount weekend on everything in the cash shop within the next year (Black Friday and Christmas are coming up. If not then, you can pretty much expect it for the two-year anniversary in August of 2015).

To me the price($24) for the mount is fine after seeing this "This item will be distributed to all characters on the selected account", if you think this is over priced, in another game ive played their are asking like $35-$60 for one mount for one char....im willing to spend $24 for a mount in ff14

Dang, what game is that?! o__0 And I thought Nexon games got expensive (temporary stuff adds up very quickly).

You would think, for $25, it would be an additional battle companion. I'm sure loads of people would be much more willing to fork over the extra cash (and retire their chocos) to have Sleipnir battle alongside them.

Missed opportunity, SE. For shame.

It's underpriced compared to other MMOs, actually.

And despite your assumption... I dont pay for my sub... its a gift.

Still a shame people think this is an ok thing though, but SE is laughing all the way to the bank.

It'd take a bit more than 25 bucks to do that. It'd need a new system and animations etc for a non chocobo based companion.
