Dissassembled it completely, removed all dust, changed the crappy sony thermal paste on CELL and RSX with my beloved Artic MX-4 (because a shiny chip is a good chip), reassembled. The baby runs as cool and smooth as the wind. It's ready for FFXIV.

I'd rather that it never had a ps3 release and switched to a real modern PC based UI.

yoshi told when he fix UI and server they planning to port ot ps3, while enjoy for the the patch

No such thing as modern... computers parts upgrade faster than yankee doodle.
And the prices drop just as fast.

Im waiting till 1.19 then im gonna buy a new pc that can play the game on all max settings. Easily buyable for under 1000$ by this xmas.
