I'm a MNK same thing happens to me all the time, I suspect it is because I screw up too much.

Waiting for the 2nd static to form so I can clear T5 and unlock 2nd Coil... And you don't want to do T5 via DF.

Getting stuck with a troll tank in DF Roulette, having the group kick them and then proceeding to 3 man the dungeon with me tanking as a MNK.

Also having the rest of my party wipe almost right away on the last boss of SV HM and me soloing it as PLD. This has happened a few times for me.

Fun times :)

-Hearing the echoing version of the Answers song during the one-year anniversary.

-Beating Extreme Leviathan for the first time.

-GETTING ALL MY ATMA. @_@

Beating T5

Seeing my name in the end credits.

Take the time to explain ST since several people are obviously new, and don't know how to handle the mechanics.

Wipe a few times, barely manage bosses when not wiping, watch the last boss die with maybe three people alive.

Realize that nobody got a mapping achievement or final boss achievement.
