We have 1 static progressing T13 (currently taking a break for the holidays). We are looking for strong players with ambition enough to form a 2nd static of their own. We don't micro manage statics, but instead encourage players in the fc to form statics by themselves with people within the fc that they enjoy playing with. If of course they feel the are a similar skill level too, for a well balanced static. This is obviously an easier process once the fc ranks are fleshed out.Quote:

I would call us neither Hardcore or casual, we are somewhere in the middle. We do end game content, but at a gradual pace when real life circumstances allow all members to raid. We have no set raiding schedule and are fully flexible around members real life commitments, be they social or otherwise. This is how currently the only static in the fc works, and is by no means a standard that must be followed by other statics that may form within the fc. We leave the raiding schedule and loot distribution up to each static itself, I believe mature players can work things like this out within their own static, and achieve a balance that suits all members in their static.
