SE making end game hair styles avaliable for everyone. Good move or dumbing down???

This is such BS. I had to work for weeks upon weeks to get the radiant white sheen my character's hair has now. Took 50 allagan essence shampoos to get it that way which only has a .1% drop rate from Turn 5, and now SE is just handing it to them... G freaking G SE -.-
