It doesn't seem that bad to me. More like all the threats of reports to the Better Business Bureau that many MMO devs seem to eventually get. Over all I think the english forums are the worst offenders by far. Course the English Speaking Western World is Very strong in their use of words :D

O_o? I've yet to see some of the things I've seen over there here (lying seems to be the battle chant here)*. Also if something is often used (say a swear word and it loses its power, then it is no longer fair to compare it as a "harsh" aspect since it is no longer a harsh aspect). Also head to an anon Japanese board and enjoy the real fun XD.

They're not happy either and they're showing it. Big difference is how much is in one thread vs many, but w.e I wouldn't say "worst offenders by far" is very fair in this scenario lol.
