To op post above. Constructive criticism is great but my hopes for people dwindled when in 3rd year Uni our class got a lecture on giving constructive criticism ._. /headdesk

But he and the devs spent 9 months rehashing the same content, despite there already being multiple threads providing wonderful suggestions. And they (the devs and him) should have learned from the fiasco of FC housing. So don't waste your breath providing solutions for this personal housing. It's obvious the devs and him won't bother looking at them.

Yoshida said something like -

'There needs to be a community for developers exist, there needs to be developers for a community to exist'

Even within developers there are always people who will disagree with something or are unhappy with decisions made. But they do not rage with each other (maybe sometimes), rather they try to solve the issue by coming down to a solution.

It's the same with the community, no use raging about things, put your hand up and offer a solution.

We are all in the same boat.

It justify the complaints..but not the childish behavior. Complaining and behaving like a child are two different things and people seem to mix up the two a lot. I am all for being upset, I was looking forward to this myself. But the way most people are behaving? I agree with the OP, it's disgusting.

I can understand people being mad, but some of you dudes are calling it the end of "Final Fantasy XIV: ARR", talking about canceled subs and shattered dreams and what not. Like they've done you some gigantic disservice and have offended your vanity. Nevermind the fact that Yoshi-P and co. work many sleepless nights to make sure you guys have an enjoyable experience before since vanilla release. Even after this fiasco they will work and toil to make you guys feel happy regardless.

Guess it really shows the loyalty of the typical MMO gamer, eh? Flakey as all hell.

The thing is people always will complain no matter what they get.

Personally I am satisfied with how this game is set up. I work 12+ hours a day sleep 5 or so hours and put in 3-4 hours of gameplay a day. I just don't have the time to do Coil or CT, but I get the option of farming tomestones and hunts to get alternative gear. I do have a few complaints myself, some may remember my WORKSHOP idea. I am really dissatisfied with the current storage system, but even though I do think it is balanced. So I introduced a solution which I thought was viable. Constructive feedback.

Did I go HURRDURRR ITS BEEN ONE YEAR, GET UR F*KN ACTS STRAIGHT AND FIX STHORAAAAAAAAAAAGE? No. Simple as that.

We pay to play the game and we get the support. We are not entitled to everything that we want, even if they decide to implement, it may not be what we wished for and this is exactly the case.
