Recruit A Friend Campaign

Desperate for the chocobo? Cheat. Make a new account, purchase the game and 90 days of sub through the recruit feature. There are people who bought both OSTs just for the minions, surely the same applies to this.

How can my friend enter the invite key? i send him an email but he, he made an accound... and now?

I was wondering about this, taking a look at the service in the mogstation definitely mentions "your friend must register for FINAL FANTASY XIV using the recruitment code", so that doesn't work. Which essentially means, everyone who actually recruited their friends before today gets screwed.

Thats your idea of entitlement? Imagine you donated X amount of money to something, and then a year later they have a promotion that gives something to people who donate X amount of money from that point forward. The rewards should be given to those who already have given that amount. Obviously something like this is hard to prove by word of mouth alone, but you could at least award the items to players who gave buddy passes to their friends and are still subbed to this day. Also caps lock doesn't make you look convincing, and never will.

If you are making donations for a reward or a prize then you are doing it for the wrong reasons. That said, things like this do occur and people miss out on things all the time. It's called life.

Sad day. I already recruited people before this came out. :C Too bad resubbing doesn't count. I'll just have to find another way!

Bad things happen so we should openly accept all of them when we can change them? What a grim mentality.

My solution is designing a new version of the cryptolocker virus that makes them sub for 90 days to unlock.

Bad things happen? Is that really how you are going to describe this whole scenario, regarding pixels in A GAME?! Do you buy a game that you didn't preorder and then demand that you get the preorder items? Do you demand the sale price after a sale has ended?

This sounds like a child throwing a tantrum.

Hmm... Anyone know if it's when they subscribe 90 days on the spot or if they subscribed 90 days in total? (i.e. pay 3 times for one month each). I doubt I could convince anyone I know to sub 3 months on the spot.
