i rather just have them do the same thing they did in FFXI for housing since housing is pretty much pointless its just a instance box. every character had a house for free in that game. we all have an inn why not just make it a house??

im sure not spending money on a FC room if the FC leader decides to implode it you lost everything. never know when someone is gonna quit and take everything with them.

The inn room is more or less for newer players. Once you're established in the game you would either buy your own house or live within your FC house. I see no issues with this.

As for the Inn features becoming furnishings, I truly hope they're not as expensive and difficult to obtain as the retainer bell was made to be.

Honestly, I just want my small personal home with a garden. I love our FC house but I'm not doing the private room within.
