UI Flickering in High Population Zones

Exactly I wasn't having this issue at all before 2.3 in the exact same situations. My PC is hardly a toaster.

Same thing happening to me, mainly in Mor Dhona. UI flickers when lots of people are on the screen.

This "fixes" it but isn't a solution. The solution rests with SE. Until they do something about it, I guess it's something I can live with but hardly optimal.

I think i have the same problem.
Just started playing the game and kinda overstrained.

This occures whenever a character moves, I move or the Camera changes its position.
By changing the Display Limits the problem doesnt dissapear, but at least I can walk without getting epileptic seizures.
I hope this will be fixed soon :(

Looks like this got fixed in todays hotfix. Nice work SE =)
