IIRC, Yoshida said back in an interview that the Ixali would be the last beast tribe to be added (unless they surprise us with the Goblins, since he was kind of hinting at them).

I'd say "No" on that. They said that Shiva's arc would be very long and carry over patches, leading eventually to the expansion. If we defeat her, I think it will be at the patch right before the expansion, which isn't coming that soon.

There are a lot of primals who could come before that, they aren't even to be worshiped by a tribe. What if the next primal after Ramuh was Phoenix ? :p

or a dragon primal ?
