I must respectfully disagree with you. SE is producing and marketing this product. The ultimate responsibility for it falls on them. They contracted the various network services they do not control themselves. It is up to them to ensure that they are receiving what they contracted for. As paying customers we have a right to know why we are not receiving what we pay for. A simple acknowledgement of the problem would suffice, not the silence we are receiving.
