Dear Lord! Please make Coerthas green again!

If not for the current area, at least for when it (hopefully) opens up.
Because I seriously hate what they did to the best zone.

They took away the Spring Alps zone with the awesome music.
I'm fine with snow zones, but don't take away the more creative ones to do it.

Seems like people are saying...

"It's not we don't like snow zones or variety, we just don't like that you picked Coerthas to be the snow zone."

There weren't any snowy areas in in 1.0... Also, we only have Central Coerthas Highlands now, there are still other parts of that region we currently don't have access to.

Sounds like there could be some sort of Phasing be done here, unlocked with a quest line?

In 1.0 many of us begged for a "Snowy Zone", many suggested Corethas as the most logical choice, They announced that in 2.0 Corethas was going to be snowy, and there was much rejoicing, they showed us concept art and we started getting pretty excited. Then ARR released...

And now a handful of people are wanting the opposite even though it's what we asked for.

Well, as someone stated above, I don't think Central Coerthas is the ONLY area we will get to see. I doubt that every single zone in the region was condemned to eternal winter, so hopefully that will please the handful asking for it.

These were taken on a laptop using a GTX 560M, also. If you had a beast of a machine and could run everything on max, it was truly a beautiful game, if severely unoptimized.

EDIT: The zone was also *truly* massive. I might even argue too massive given the anima system for teleports back in the day (Until spruce branches became easy to obtain). You could easily take an hour to go from the SW corner of the zone to the NE. It had like 8 tele-points back in the day.

I liked it better in the old version used to farm there.
But thats me i guess~

We already have La Noscea and The Black Shroud as our "green" areas.
FFXIV needed a snowy area. It wouldn't make sense to have Shiva reside in a grassy, green, foresty, mountain area if Coerthas was how it was in 1.0
