I'd probably quit on principle >:( May has been a very boring month for me for XIV and when they announced at the start of the month novus was delayed till 2.28 instead of 2.25 i was mad. I completely flipped out on mumble during the last live letter when 2.28 got delayed and was within an inch of quitting after that. I literally have nothing to do any more. To the point where I can complete my "daily goals" in 20 mins and log off. I love the game and I'm dying for 2.3 but with everything they tease and promise, I NEED 2.28 and novus q_q

Judging by your lodestone, you never even cleared T6 and you only cleared T5 recently. Ontop of that, you dont even have i90 BiS. (Hell, you dint even clear Thornmarch extreme!)

I hardly see how you *Need* novus considering you dont even do endgame content.

Ontop of that, there is alot to do outside of grinding/raiding.

Again, judging by your lodestone, you dont have any craft leveled. Go ahead, level your crafts, then farm for the meld requirement and make some money for personal housing or something..

Not telling you how to play the game, but dont come complain on forum you dont have anything left to do when you dint even experience 25% of the game...

Problem is: You're assuming he wants to do Second Coil or Thornmarch - What if his goals he set out to do were complete thus had nothing to do after he completed it?

Want/Need are all relative. Dont do endgame content lawl, I'm currently working on SCOB with my FC (between us all we have jobs and/or fulltime education) so not like I'm just saying "lolnothx", crafting was boring when I tried it. Cleared T5 recently? Depends what your definition of recently is. Pre 2.2 is fine for me. Still stand by what I said. Playtime is at a premium for me because I'm in fulltime education.

edit: To touch on what Tupsi said, while yes I do work on SCOB (and have since the day 2.2 hit, albeit in PUGS till the rest of my static hit T6 access), our static only has maybe 1 an hour or 2 twice a week when we can all get together to try it and with, I don't bother with PUGS for that other than trying it on day 1 to get a glimpse. Thornmarch has nothing important for me so I'll get around to it whenever my FC wants to do it, idc. I went over the other stuff. Again, if I only have a slight window of time where I can do stuff I want to do because of RL constraints, I'm gonna prioritize stuff I enjoy doing and make progress in.

edit 2: I'm curious about my "dont even have BiS i90" because you said you checked my lodestone, and I was on BLM/FSH on there since last night >_> Except right now where I'm on BRD which is like my.....6th? job and dont give a crap about lol

Then dont come to complain about how you dont have anything left to do when you dont have any left that you *want* to do.

Just giving exemples. I wasnt just gonna make a post saying "LOL Y U COMPLAIN BRAH U STILL HAV ALOT OF SSING 2 DO" without documentating it. And i wasnt gonna make a 15hr research, writing down every of his achievement to know exactly what he had left to do.
