healers more rare than tanks?

I get the feeling a lot of people just dont want to be healer now for some reason. I main sch and every single event we do in our ls, whether it be coil or just helping someone with a low lvl dungeon, I always have to be healer. We recruit a lot of healers, but none of them want to be healer (we invite them for that reason then they switch to blm or something immediately). I know why I dont want to be healer anymore, mainly because Im just tired of doing it every single time, but I dont know what's with everyone else.

Complete opposite in my experience, too many healers for end-game content so I end up having to go DPS half the time.

I always seem to be waiting on tanks more than healers.

Spamming T2 for those mounts can easily burn one out.

Tanks were in high demand, so people leveled them. Now healers are in high demand, so in a couple months it will be tanks that get insta-queues.

I am incapable of healing. It literally makes me fall asleep. I don't know how people can heal. Tried it in FFXI, WoW, SWTOR, RO, TERA Online, and tried WHM just ain't happening.

Props to healers for being able to heal I just can't do it and my real life friends, who play healers from time to time, have tried to make it fun for me but it never works.

You can always adlo crit the tank in 4 mans and pretend you're a summoner for like 10 seconds as a SCH.

WHM, is kinda boring due to a lack of depth imo, I'll agree. More often than not it's 'heal the dude that gets hit in the face' rather than prevent it, make your fairy do it while you do something else, or just use this fixed-hp instant cast heal between casts even in cleric stance if you don't want to drop the stance to heal.

On Chaos servers, all I see each days on DF is that tanks had a bonus.

I came in as healer in this game as i wanted to be supporting others thru heals and buffs but soon after reaching endgame, i have seen how toxic ppl can be in 4 man dungeons. But after i geared up on vit, i literally had most of the control in the party. Usually the dps are sheeps as they will always tend to follow the leader whether it be tank, healer or other dps.
As a healer with high vit i can take up the tank role if the tank in the party refuses to co-operate.
Only dungeon i believe that can't be completed without a tank is hakkuke hm.
