Hmm... the one time I got really lucky, I like to 'blame' on karma. I've wanted the nightmare horse for a long, long time... However, I never actively farmed it because the odds of getting it were so low that I knew I would just frustrate myself. One day I organized an 'extreme clears' day for anyone in my FC who still needed the first three extreme wins. I never thought we'd get anything special during those runs... because, like I said, the goal of the event was to teach people the fights and get them their first clears. However, on our very last run, on Ifrit Ex... the nightmare whistle dropped and I won with a 95 (another person rolled a 91). I was so, so happy because I never thought I would get it (I had only seen it drop one other time by that point). Since then, we've gotten the nightmare whistle for one other FC member. We've yet to see ANY of the elemental horses, though.
