How does the design process go while designing armor, weapons, clothes and etc.?

When levels are uncapped will people be level synced to old content? e.g. a level 60 synced down to 50 for titan extreme.

Also, are there any plans to "nerf" the Animus weapon requirements? In other words, increasing atma drop rates, decreasing the amount of myth needed for books or something along that line?

Will something be done about all the Clipping in this game?

It appears extremely sloppy, I've never encountered a modern-day MMO with such severe clipping issues.

I love this game, I love the work you guys have put out. I just feel a rigging-standard needs to be devised to help significantly reduce or eliminate the majority of clipping instances.

Labyrinth of the Ancients was pretty absurdly 'easy' for the current gear-standard of the time. Is there a possibility the next 'wing' will be much harder, given the current ilvl averages?

Will be see new Facial Features/Tattoos? Perhaps Body Tattoos.

This feature has the potential to be awesome, but as it is... there are so few I feel a vast majority of players utilize (could be mistaken, my personal observation/opinion), as compared to what's available.

Can we get the original idle animations back for enemies that used to have them in 1.0?

Since 2.0 some enemies seem like they're always in their "battle stance" ...for example, the Nix in Mor Dhona.

We had the opportunity to get Lightning and Snow's hair, but will we ever get the opportunity to get hairstyle from other Final Fantasy XIII characters like Serah or Vanille?

Can we please see the return of our movement inertia animations?

Any chance skin-color ("spray tan") will be added to the Aesthetician?

As it is, my dark skin can only plausibly utilize so few hair colors without it clashing horribly. It'd be nice if he could alter my pigmentation to enable me to look fabulous in all colors of hair.
