Increase PvP Marks/Exp

pvp in this game fails for lots of reasons , the rank grind , the farm for marks.....u wont have fun until u are at max rank and have some gear , only ppl at max rank enjoy the pvp , while low lvl get crushed over and over and over....no fun.

Players need a carrot so to speak and gear is the easiest 1 , but come on 12375 marks for body ? and u even need rank 38

I feel ya, I have almost enough marks for the body piece, but guess what? Can't wear not high enough rank, derp.

PVP xp/wolf marks is fine i believe, there needs to be a few long grind otherwise people will stop PVPing again in less than a week.
One slight thing i wouldnt mind if they increased tho is the challenge log for PVP, 10x games & 3x wins per week for 200 xp each is not really noticeable. Should maybe have 100 games and 60 wins for say 1k xp each. Still not a huge but enough to have a slight impact.

there going to anyway theres just no variation in what to do kill healer then caster tank last over and over and over its so fn boring only pre made groups will excel then leave once they get there vanity gear and i call it that because thats all it really good for.. cause they will just crush the ppl trying to gain the same thing and the inevitable will happen ppl will just stop playing the same bullshit arena with the same low bullshit exp and points!! getting nowhere!! sadly in its current format its going to fail they should have kept there stupid but really cool looking gear till this frontlines thing then released it all at once providing ppl the means the fun and decent rewards .. not this bullshit trend of grinding the same old shit over and over and over till your bored to death of it for the possibly of new gear that is suited to content not even yet available !!!

You want a smaller grind, i want better pvp.
You wearing a r40 weapon at r20 doesnt bring me better pvp.

SE give us 100% extra xp for solo and 4man queue, challenge log bonus exp, gear requirement following your grind (before 2.2, I90 restriction was R30), it's easier now.

Provide content with experience progression is necessary to keep player's attention, current game doesn't have leaderboard, there is no reason to give gears without any effort.

I agree, price of gears is ridiculously too expensive, it was already difficult to equip several jobs in rank30, it will be even harder from now, I must admit that new animal gear are pretty but as healer i have to choose scholar or whm because it's no longer possible to play two job with the same gear.

I fell that SE do not think about players pov, i mean, with outrageous price, Marauders are OP but I could understand that Paladin prefer play marauder cause they cannot spent 10k GC to specialise strenght/vitality between each session pve-pvp.
THIS is the big pvp default I guess we will see fewer PVE paladin player come with their PLD because they are forced to choose the appropriate i100 stuff

Allow bonus statistic change without any GC tickets could be nice to promote PLD in PVP and allow play both scholar and summoner...

Yeah thats annoying, but mrd have the same issue. If your main is a WAR, you'll be stuck with a 30 vit mrd.

Only i100 accessories dont give str. The armor does and will boost your dmg in pvp.

Speak for yourself.

-Queing destroyed due to SE's piss poor attempt to reduce newbies getting steamrolled by 30s is not interesting.
-Being encouraged to que by yourself and group with pugs instead of organizing a team with your friends is not interesting.
-Since you are always doing solo ques you will now have to deal with the "pug tactic" a.k.a. kill the healer. All the time. Not interesting.

PvP is not some kind of survival trial you have to endure to get some rare glamour, or at least it shouldn't be. It should be about competition between players.

PVP should never ever be geared based. PVE should be vertical progression, while PVP should be horizontal progression, anything else makes PVP a pointless grind to show how much time you have. People that want this whole gated ranking system are people who dont want real pvp but want to stomp people whenever they can.

The grind is good the way it is. You learn how to play your class really well with time spent pvp'ing in different situations. An ilvl 70 btw can roll an ilvl 90 geared player, has happened many times. The reason you get face rolled isn't all on the gear, the stat changes are miniscule, the reason for getting face rolled is because usually the ilvl 90 geared player has so much experience and knows how to deal with you while you're hesitating trying to mash buttons hoping to out dps him or her or can't find the healer out of the group etc. If all the players are ilvl 70 on one side and the other side is all ilvl90 then it is very difficult for team a, but not impossible, there are bad rank 30 players out there too.

I do believe the queue's suck as hell though, totally agree with that. Because of this I have all but given up on pvp, tired of waiting for a fight.
