Lobby error 2002 since PS4 switch

Truthfully idk what to do this is the 5th day counting I haven't been able to play. Last week ago this never even existed. Its launchday all over again. Another dude would just cut his losses and try and get their money back but I dont wanna do that. This is such an amazing game nd despite all these problems I cant bring myself to give it up. Im just hoping and praying that square enix yoshida or whoever can fix this and fix it soon. A week without being able to play is long enough.

This is why they should have left your PS3 account active and with option to toggle
PS4 on or off.

Having a back up system is always a good thing. By SE rendering your PS3 account useless while they try and fix the PS4 issue is unacceptable.

Not sure why they decided to turn off your PS3 account just so you can play on PS4
The beta client / phase 2 was FREE to everyone using the PS4.
It didnt cost them anymore to turn on the ACTIVE SUB to that client. It's the same client being used for RETAIL PS4 digital download.

Just another way of SE keeping control and not allowing... your character to MULE is all this is.

I get the lobby 2002 error also, on my PC. Thinking is not just a PS4 issue.

Same problem here with the PS4 version. Yesterday I wasn't able to login and after a little research on the web I change the "MTU" value via the internet settings on the PS4; set the value to 1300 (the default value is 1500). Go to "Network" > "Set Up Internet Connection" > "Wifi" or "LAN" > "Custom" > Select your network and, put your password etc. Leave everything as it is, just change the MTU to 1300 and save.
That helps me yesterday but today it didn't work :(

I'm having the exact same problem, I'm on Chaos Data Center Phoenix Realm.

Thinking it's an everyone thing. I was logged in at 7am and walked away. Came back to a 90k and it's been lobby errors ever since. - On PC

Been trying to login for a while now this morning, after being able to play non stop no lag for 7 hours yesterday. On my fourth attempt at login I encounter not the common 2002 error but a new one I have yet to see a post about. 10105 error. I post this in the hopes it will help SE narrow down the issues in their coding so they can fix these issues.

just bought game for ps4 thinking it was a nice change to the junk Sony has been releasing on this new system i waisted my time on. 3 days after i buy it error 2002 or lost connection to lobby. my internet is 50mbps so i know its not my end. hopefully it gets fixed soon this is ridiculous. pay 40$ and 15$ a month for a game i cant even play

I'm having the same problem. I have been dealing with it since like maybe 830 this morning and it hasn't changed since. I'm getting kind of pissed about it since I can't play and I'm paying for the game.I didn't have a problem up till today. Now all I get is lobby server problems and cannot connect to server problems. Something needs to be done and soon.
