That's very interesting! Without knowing that lore, I always assumed the Roe father wasn't biological.
Also, I'm assuming this artwork can't be seen anywhere yet? It'd be pretty neat if they could show us.

Perhaps 5.0 will finally be the time we see children of all the races, since I'd think Ilsabard would have a higher Roegadyn population due to being closer to their homelands.
Ironic isn't it? This is the net and we have upvotes and downvotes on most things on the net and a free and open comment section to judge said works, if you put your works on the net expect to be commented on. With that said it wasn't meant as an insult, so you might wanna check where you are and keep quiet if it doesn't concern you.
In the new Easter event, there was a Miqo'te child in a cut scene speaking to the Pad'jaal, (I forget his name, but the one who leads the Conjurer's guild).
With how prevalent Miqo'te children seem to be lately, I find it a bit odd that they haven't bothered implementing males yet.
Granted, there is an in-universe justification with them being significantly less common then females, but still.
That was Khloe - you can meet her in Idleshire where shes helping Rowena and gives you a weekly book to fill with stories of slaugherting mighty beasts. Just how he says to E-Yumi (the Pad'jaal): she makes those stories into stories for a friend for hers, another little Mi'qote girl you can sometimes see in Idleshire (along with a Hyur and Elezen child, down at that fountain-place - they'll randomly show up and hold races).
Mi'qote children have been a thing in the game for a while now - we had one in a Halloweens quest two years ago (I think it was two?), we have Khloe and her little friend... we have Au Ra children basically everywhere and the same goes for Hyur and Elezen. Lalafell are getting away with the young ones apparently looking like the adults... only Roes missing :(
Roes are an optional evolution of Highlanders.
Hmm. I need to rewatch some people's play through that one starlight where we go to that orphanage in Ul'dah as there was even a lala child in there. I think one of the bigger children might have been a roe?
Nope, no Roes there. D'you really think Oda-and-therefore-Koji would be lamenting the nonexistence of Roe children ingame if there had already been a Roe child ingame?
The usual Elezen and Hyur children were present, and a Lalafell child with an identical model to a regular adult Lalafell. No Miqo'te children appeared in that event either.
