I don't know why people are rushing. Yet that's the problem content isn't going anywhere but people still need the feel to rush.

You cannot have more than one leader it causes confusion. For better or worse the tank is the leader of the party and I do what the tank says. He/she's captain. I'm the private. It's military thinking but there is a reason the military gets things done fast. They have a chain of command that is not questioned. I apply it to gaming but that is just me. MMORPG's often feel like I'm in a war with civilian recruits in the ranks.
I dont see why he left. By the time the penalty for leaving expires, plus being a dps and waiting in roulette again he would have been done with AV assuming everything went smooth.

It's normal in the same way that you bump into the occasional loot whoring elitist. Like road rage and angry post office clerks... you just start getting blind to them. Almost like stepping over really pissed off fire ants.
Just wanna mention, I too can go either way. I have a lot of playtime, and am in game or at title screen from after work until bedtime. With no afk-boot, now I can see the chat log I missed.
When I use the roulette's, I go WHM so the queue is fast, I have an expectation of the time-frame. I was main SMN, and now my WHM has surpassed it, and took my first Soldiery purchase.
I have things in real life, like after dinner, I cook a real meal. I stuff it in my face in front of the screen. But ya, I also have a son whom I have 50/50 after work on a weekday, and usually most of the weekends. So I don't often want to be tied down to a run longer for sake of being longer.
I use the roulette's bonuses to stay well equipped and enjoy what I pay for. If something is taking too long or is going to now; as my expectations are evidently wrong, then I will quit.
I explain mechanics, I am patient in my demeanor until you fall below the median of my experiences. I have over 250 commendations, never once as a tank. I think it justifies the way I play.
