Servers are nearly empty and still cant summon my retainer in ANY uldah ward

Yeah I have had this problem on Lindblum for a while now where I haven't been able to summon my second retainer in the wards just to swap things over. I have to run back the Adv. Guild to summon it get what I want then run back to the wards and put it on the retainer I have managed to keep in the wards.

I just priced something at 999,999,999 just to make sure my retainer will never leave for fear of not being able to summon it again in any of the wards. I know this doesn't help the problem but I feel it is the only thing i can do to ensure I can sell my wares.

On the flip side if my item does sell for 999,999,999 then who cares I'm rich and don't need to sell anything anymore :p

This is a big problem, if the servers crash when they allow more retainers that won't help. So they limit the amount and then even with a low population you still can't get a retainer in that is another problem. I dread to think what will happen if they can't fix this and PS3 release brings in a huge influx of new players, it will be a nightmare.

The only fix for now is to spread the population out between all cities so everyone is not concentrated in Ul'dah, so they better give us some good reasons to venture to them to make them viable markets.

Still cant summon a retainer in ANY ward in uldah try multiple times a day. SE market wards are failing your customers.

if you ask me, this is pretty gamebreaking and should be dealt with immediately in an emergency maintenance.

There are more retainers on my server than actual number of surviving players....Heeellllppp....

If you feel lonely in Melmond come visit the Uldah's Market Ward... see twitching retainers to feel you're in a busy server! woot... /sigh....

I agree that there needs to be a system where if you don't attend your retainer in X amount of days it should automatically be taken out to control number of retainers in each market areas.

Btw, this has nothing the server is nearly dead or low population. As long as the game remains free, there will be people with multi-characters who will take up two slots per char at Uldah ward.
Two possible solutions can fix this:
One is links the three major city market wards together. So people don’t feel like loss of sale if they don’t their retainers summoned at Uldah ward.
Another is to give an Auction House.

Can someone please start a petition for Auction House, I will sign?

Full Market Wards... here's to server stability?

One week later and I still cant summon a retainer in any ward in Uldah. Can we get a fix already?

I'm scared to even move my retainer's position in the same ward because of this.
