You can read patch notes in your launcher.

if you trying to see the patch notes you can still do so.

go to the lodestone and click where it says, "Patch 2.2 Notes (Full Release) (03/26/2014)"

NOT, "View the patch notes."

did you try my suggestion? if it don't work for you maybe try this link. if it don't work the first... reload the page. it did that to me.

the template is horrid. so may be difficult to navigate a bit. but if you are searching for something in specific it should do.
