Gaol is gaelic and the actual root for the modern term "jail". It's actually still in use today in Britain and was even previously used in Final Fantasy in FFXI where the GM Jail was specifically named "Mordion Gaol". FFXIV's GM jail carries the same name.
Given that it's a PUG/MNK ability, Internal Release refers to the release of Chi energy. You want them to change it because some people's minds fall too easily into the gutter?
Adloquium is a slightly odd one, though it does fit somewhat. In this sense it means encouragement/reassurance and it's Latin. The Galvanize change they made to the buff is what doesn't properly fit with the term Adloquium unless you look at it as the SCH's encouragement/rally as galvanizing the target's will allowing them to go on.
That said, I do agree that the weapon names should be swapped back.
