I think it's more that after a certain point, they're just not worth doing, even with how quick they are. Around level 25-30, I start wondering why I bother queuing for hests at all (even with only doing them via roulette).

I like the idea of achievements leading to unique rewards for in-demand roulette roles. The only way gil or seals or tomes is ever going to entice me to tank roulette is if it's so stupidly large that it (further) breaks the economy/progression. But if there are rewards I can only get by doing roulette as an in-demand role? Then yes, I will tank Sastasha some more.

If anything needs to change the current rewards need to be increased. Last I checked my 37 pld gets a whopping 3k exp for doing randoms, that's like 3 monsters tops

Doesn't really solve the issue for people at level 50 but are people who level just sitting around doing nothing and waiting for the que? Personally I spam escort and collection leves while I wait for que and normally i can get about 50-75% of a full level (in the 30s) before my que pops. If you're not doing leves while you wait for que (those 2 types literally take 1 minute if you ignore monsters and run for it) then you're doing it wrong.
