Healer accuracy is pretty terrible on those dreadknights though. I usually throw a stone on them since it's heavy effect is stronger than Miasma or Lethargy, but it misses a lot and I can't spam it when I have a tank to heal. Best to have at minimum a BLM or SMN there to guarantee it.
