Can't log on, multiple errors since last nights patch

Indeed. I get attacked with the 2002 error all the time. There saying its congested servers to patch update problems.

All people in this post please either support mine or make your own bug report on this issue in bug section, as it will be seen by more moderators and support teams of SE..and if not enough comment on a bug they just let it slide by..

actually my problem is it crashes every time I try to select a character. this all happened after the patch. Whats going on? Is there a support number?

Even with the support number, they will give you the same answers as they give to everyone else. Your better off playing some other game for now til they fix the big issues.

I'm also facing the problem from OP.

Takes like a good 8++ tries before it gets through.

still crashing. no one seems to have an answer on the phone support. I am guessing this is not everyone's problem but I am not going to pay for this, so I cancelled the subscription. Wait to see if this gets fixed sometime down the road. Good luck.

I can manage to get into the game. After 10-20 minutes it kicks me out (error 90000). I have had no problems after i started playing 2 weeks ago, today it suddenly started doing it. I'm sure that the problems is not on our end, since everything else works fine, and the game has been working fine too, so far. We have to see tomorrow when there isn't so many people playing if that is the issue.
