You could be right, but prove it. The only facts are that every 40-41 str points = 1% parry displayed.

CT pants do indeed look terrible with myth boots. At least they aren't the daisy duke allagan short shorts.

Exactly. There is no definitive proof one way or the other. However, literally nothing else in the game works in tiers, why should this? Why introduce a different type of scaling for exactly one thing?
