why do people in these forums take everything personally and so seriously. Maybe cause it was aimed personally lol....but guys just chill. I mean no harm. Of course everyone has their own taste in music and stuff. Im not giving facts, just opinions. Sorry if i offended anyone.
There are few songs that i "really" like in XIV. In gridania and outside of Ul'dah are both great songs. Theyre songs that leave me (just talking bout myself, not others) with emotional memories. I personally dont judge songs with what i hear, but with what i feel from listening to them. I get more of that feel in XI than i do in XIV thats all.
Im not going to mention what songs i dislike simply because all the songs are fantastic. Theyre just so beautifully orchestrated .
ff11 has awesome music y not ff14?

But i just mentioned that i dont "dislike" any of them....in both games. Theyre all great, its just that with some songs i connect more emotionally than others. Although u did just give me a great idea. How about we put songs up against each other and we can vote and debate which one is better.
For example: Gridania vs Windurst

IMO FFXI had some excellent music but FFXIV is on a whole other level. It is quite good with the exception of The Black Shroud which is pretty boring. It makes running 10 minutes between camps seem even longer in that zone.
